Langkah-langkah menyiapkan Lava Cake
- Lelehkan butter dan dcc sampai larut👇🏻lalu sisihkan......panaskan oven di suhu 190 derajat,olesi ramekin dengan margarin lalu taburi dengan tepung terigu tipis saja👇🏻.
- Campur gula halus dan telur,aduk pakai whisk 1 menit sampai tercampur telur dan gulanya lalu tambahkan coklat tadi👇🏻coklat saat dituang sudah agak hangat ya😉.
- Masukan tepung terigu,garam dan vanili bubuk,aduk sampai larut dan tidak ada tepung yang menggumpal 👇🏻.
- Tuang di ramekin/rantang stainless kecil(saya pakai mangkok alumunium yang buat kobokan 🤣🤣🤣tapi baru ya belum di pake😇) panggang selama 10-12 menit sesuaikan oven masing2 😉 setelah matang biarkan 1-2 menit baru keluarkan dari wadahnya 😉.
- Pertama coba langsung suksesss 😍😍😍 saya pakai otang tanpa pengatur suhu,jadi panaskan oven di api sedang😉.
