Cara menyiapkan Sambal Goreng Kentang Simple
- Potong dadu kentang lalu cuci kemudian di goreng setengah matang, tiriskan.
- Kemudian udang dikupas kulitnya dan goreng lalu tiriskan juga.
- Blend kasar / ulek (selera) cabe, bawang, dan kemiri.
- Tumbuk kasar lengkuas.
- Bersihkan tiap ujung kacang kapri kemudin cuci bersih.
- Panaskan minyak kemudian tumis bumbu yg td di blend, tambahkan lengkuas, daun jeruk tumis hingga wangi.
- Tambahkan air sampai mengental kemudian tambahkan santan aduk rata sampai bumbu matang.
- Masukan kentang dan udang aduk2, tambahkan saori saus tiram, garam, gula, kecap aduk rata.
- Terakhir tambahkan kacang kapri jangan terlalu lama dimasak...
- Jika bumbu sudah merata.. siap disajikaaaannnnn.
