Langkah-langkah menyiapkan Klepon
- Masak santan+air daun pandan, stlh hangat masukkan ke campuran tepung.
- Bentuk adonan tepung bulat dan isi gula merah lalu masukkan ke kelapa parut.
- Masak air sampai mendidih dan langsung masukkan klepon yg sudah di bentuk tadi.
- Nb: tambah kan air daun pandan jika adonan msih belum bsa di bentuk, atau bisa bisa di sesuaikan ya mom takarannya.
