Cara membuat Klepon
- Campurkan tepung ketan, tepung beras dan garam, aduk sampai rata..
- Masukkan air pasta pandan sedikit demi sedikit sampai adonan kalis dan bisa dibentuk..
- Pipihkan adonan, masukkan gula merah lalu bentuk adonan bulat.
- Didihkan air, masukkan bulatan klepon sampai matang (tandanya mengambang). Lalu angkat. Gulingkan ke dalam parutan kelapa sampai semua terlapisi. Sajikan :).
