- Carilah 40 gr tepung beras.

Langkah-langkah membuat Klepon
- Campurkan kelapa parut & garam sampai merata kemudian kukus bahan baluran kira2 10-15 menit. Sisihkan.
- Campurkan santan & pasta pandan, aduk rata. Sisihkan. Campurkan semua bahan kering kemudian tuang santan perlahan sambil diaduk dg tangan..
- Aduk terus sampai adonan sudah bisa dibentuk. Jika masih ada sisa santan, tidak perlu dituang semua. Sisihkan.
- Sisir gula jawa. Sementara itu didihkan air dalam panci.
- Ambil kira2 1 sdt adonan, pipihkan & isi dengan gula jawa lalu tutup lagi bulatkan. Lalu masukkan ke dalam air mendidih. Tunggu sampai mengapung berarti sudah matang..
- Terakhir gulingkan pada kelapa parut & klepon siap dihidangkan.
