- Campur bahan kulit, saya timbang @16gr dicetak tusuk2 dasar kulit dengan garpu lalu panggang 15 mnt.
- Siapkan bahan filling (florentine), cery bisa diganti dengan sukade.
- Masak butter & gula sampai mendidih lalu masukan cornflakes,ceri, kismis, kacang almond & mede aduk rata. Kemudian masukan tepung aduk rata lalu masukan madu aduk rata, sisihkan tunggu dingin.
- Masukan filling ke kulit pie sedikit ditekan supaya menempel lalu panggang 15 mnt di suhu 160-170° atau sampai kuning keemasan (sesuaikan dengan oven masing2). Setelah matang tunggu dingin baru keluarkan dari cetakan,pie siap dinikmati utk teman minum teh.
