Bahan-bahan dan bumbu yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Sate Lilit

  1. Siapkan 400 gr daging ayam giling.
  2. Carilah 150 gr Wortel, parut (saya ga pake).
  3. Siapkan 50 gr kelapa parut.
  4. Kamu Perlu 1 sdt lada bubuk.
  5. Carilah 1 sdm kaldu ayam bubuk.
  6. Kamu Perlu Gula merah secukupnya (saya ga pake).
  7. Carilah secukupnya Gula pasir.
  8. Kamu Perlu Batang serai secukupnya.
  9. Kamu Perlu Bumbu Halus :.
  10. Ambilah 5 siung bawang putih.
  11. Siapkan 3 siung bawang merah.
  12. Siapkan 2 butir kemiri.
  13. Siapkan 1 ruas kunyit.
  14. Carilah 3 buah cabai keriting.
  15. Kamu Perlu 1 sdt ketumbar butir (1/2 sdt).

Langkah-langkah menyiapkan Sate Lilit

  1. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
