Langkah-langkah membuat Ayam Betutu
- Cuci bersih ayam & lumuri ayam dgn jahe halus & garam selama 30 min. Sisihkan.

- Gulung / bungkus ayam dgn daun pisang & ikat dgn tali (klau di bali kita menggunakan tali semat).
- Kukus ayam selama 1 jam agar bumbu meresap & ayam menjadi setengan matang *penampakan pict selesai di kukus.
- Angkat ayam yg sdh dikukus td dan pindahkan ke atas loyang yg telah dialasi dgn alumunium foil. Gunting (hanya) tali ikatannya saja (jgn dibuka daunnya) dan panggang ayam selama 45 - 1 jam.
